The judging process is designed to guarantee integrity and impartiality.

Fairness. Entrants from large and small agencies, companies and nonprofit groups have an equal chance at winning. Budgets are disregarded — ensuring balance. Awards are given for overall performance — in other words, how well the annual report tells the
