34th ASTRID GRAND AWARD WINNERS ANNOUNCED

** Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited ** Takes Best of Show

NEW YORK, NY – May 6, 2024 – Grand Award Winners in 16 design categories were announced today for the 34th Annual ASTRID Awards competition, honoring excellence and innovation in design. Nearly 260 entries were received from 11 countries worldwide.

This year’s BEST OF SHOW was captured by Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) (Central, HONG KONG), for their corporate design/identity project, Hactl’s mascots “The Best Team.”

The imaginative project combined physical and online aspects: a boxed set of figurines, graphics and video. “The Best Team” features a family of mascots, representing Hactl’s professional staff. The five whimsical birds serve to recognize the diverse teams which keep the air cargo terminals running round-the-clock. The lively project earned the absolute highest score in the competition.
